Is my data backed up?
All data is stored locally on your device. You can export a backup from Settings to save a copy. If you uninstall the app, your data will be permanently removed.

Reset Data

If you need to start fresh, you can reset all your data from Settings → Reset All Data within the app. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
